Thanks for a true practical

Thanks for a true practical session. It was so full of real life stuff that can be used either in small pieces or in large chunks. We already have plans in place to make some changes in the way we do things.

What we still need to address is how to live within the government portal we are forced to use and what that does to navigation (amongst other things). Any advice would be appreciated.
